For more than 20 years, I've helped organizations build, launch, and grow brands that create meaningful connections with their audiences. My career has taken me from agency work and commercial photography to leading creative teams, managing enterprise brand systems, and developing marketing campaigns for nationally recognized organizations. Along the way, I've discovered that my passion extends beyond creating great design, it's about building the processes, tools, and partnerships that allow great brands to thrive.
I enjoy bringing structure to creative challenges, whether that's developing brand guidelines, implementing digital asset management systems, creating scalable template libraries, or leading cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams work together. I believe the strongest brands are built through collaboration, consistency, and thoughtful execution. My goal is always to create solutions that not only look great, but also make it easier for organizations to communicate clearly, work efficiently, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Professional Experience
Wellstar Health System
Creative Brand Manager | 2019 – 2026
Joined Wellstar just before the launch of its new enterprise brand and helped bring the new identity to life across one of Georgia's largest healthcare systems. Over the next six years, my role evolved beyond creative design to include brand governance, creative operations, digital asset management, advertising, vendor partnerships, and enterprise marketing. I helped develop scalable brand systems, co-managed the Brand Resource Center, led the evolution of the organization's template ecosystem from Canva to Frontify, and oversaw more than 200 enterprise templates. Additional responsibilities included managing Brandfolder, coordinating print advertising and advertorials, developing vendor relationships for promotional merchandise and apparel, and supporting enterprise communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout my tenure, I partnered with executive leadership, marketing teams, clinical stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure a consistent and effective brand experience across every touchpoint.
ExpressJet Airlines
Design Manager | 2010 – 2019
During my nearly decade-long career at ExpressJet Airlines, I helped shape and protect the company's brand through a period of significant growth and transformation. Beginning as Assistant Manager and later serving as Design Manager, I led the in-house creative team responsible for integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, advertising, digital media, and print production. I played a key role in implementing the airline's corporate rebrand while overseeing enterprise print production, advertising placements, promotional merchandise, employee uniform branding, and relationships with agencies, photographers, printers, and other external partners. I also led the implementation of a Digital Asset Management system that centralized creative resources and improved workflows across the organization.
The Reynolds Group
Graphic Designer | 2007 – 2010
My career began at The Reynolds Group, where I built a strong foundation in brand development, marketing communications, advertising, and print production while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. I designed integrated marketing campaigns spanning print, outdoor, direct mail, publications, and digital media, gaining experience across every stage of the creative process. One of my most significant projects was supporting Gables Residential by designing marketing materials for apartment community launches nationwide, including custom move-in folders, floor plan inserts, print collateral, and outdoor advertising. During my time at TRG, I also developed commercial photography skills through food and product photography for client campaigns, with several images appearing in regional and industry publications. These early experiences established the creative, strategic, and production expertise that became the foundation for my career in brand management and creative leadership.
